What is up with this smoking cessation money in the stimulus plan?
Bean writes: Why are they wanting to spend millions on smoking cessation when they want to expand SCHIP at the same time PAID FOR by cigarette tax? Isn’t that counter-productive? I’m a democrat but this just makes no sense to me at all. I say choose one or the other.
